We are community members who care about elementary school education in the Goleta Valley. To help prepare Goleta Valley elementary school students for success, we believe all students — no matter who — deserve access to the best educational opportunities — no matter what.
We believe that if we spend the time and money to help inspire and support our elementary school students in every way — academically, emotionally, socially, physically and creatively — they will become outstanding future leaders, business owners, and contributors who will help make the Goleta Valley thrive.
We build relationships, in the community and beyond, through the annual GEF Lemon Run, by awarding Innovation Grants to educators, and by pursuing funding and resources to create opportunities that inspire our students, support professional development, and spread the word about GEF as widely as we can!

Creemos que si gastamos el tiempo y el dinero para ayudar a inspirar y apoyar a nuestros estudiantes de primaria en todos los sentidos (académica, emocional, social, física y creativa), se convertirán en futuros líderes sobresalientes, dueños de negocios y contribuyentes que ayudarán hacer que el Valle de Goleta prospere.
¡Desarrollamos relaciones, en la comunidad y más allá, a través de la GEF Lemon Run anual, otorgando Subvenciones de Innovación a los educadores, buscando fondos y recursos para crear oportunidades que inspiren a nuestros estudiantes, apoyando el desarrollo profesional, y difundiendo la voz sobre la GEF con tanta amplitud como podemos!
